Attitudes of course participants towards evaluation at the training courses of pedagogical staff

چکیده
The article demonstrates some of the results identified in a comprehensive study assessment process for certification training courses. focuses on attitude course participants towards assessment, based which recommendations were developed to improve effectiveness assessment. Based views who passed procedures, impact and opportunities learning outcomes are discussed. As part study, Likert-scale survey questionnaire was taken from 2445 assessed programs different regions Republic Kazakhstan 2012 2020. According survey, explanatory statistical analysis showed that majority experienced positive effect parametric-correlation analysis, cognitive-action emotional-motivational components as factors influencing issues concern terms explained.
